FAQ

Q : What does a typical Didacton course look like?

Great question! A typical Didacton course is an online course. You log into our learning management system and there you can take your course. Typically it is either an e-learning course or a pdf based course. Several courses also have audio files and/or videos.

You can decide to do the course completely on your own (self-tuition), or with the help of a personal teacher. If you opt for the personal teacher then you can hand in assignments and ask questions and advice. Most students choose for this as it offers more depth to the course and this option gives you guidance in case you need it.

Q : Are your teachers experts?

Yes they are. Go to the desired course and there you will see information about the teacher. We are proud to say that our teachers are very knowledgeable and know the topic very well.

Q : I want to take a course at Didacton, but you do not offer it. What should I do?

Please send us a message. We are interested in all suggestions and we take your feedback seriously. Furthermore you will receive a discount in case we are going to develop the course.

Q : Can I pay in installments?

Yes! You can pay in monthly installments. It is possible to pay in 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly installments. You will see the different amounts once you fill out the order form online. You need to have a Paypal account to be able to pay in monthly installments. If you do not have one yet, you can open one within minutes. If you prefer to pay in one installment then you do not need to have a Paypal account and you can pay by credit card as well.

Q : I do not have a credit card or PayPal account. How can I pay for my desired course?

We have received this question a couple of times, so we looked for a solution. We can also accept a money transfer with Western Union for the full amount. Please contact us at info@didacton.com if you would like to pay like this.
